Pretty good
Large, 2000 square foot space but with lots of quirks and problems that comes with a 100 year old building in Old Southwest. Big porch and fireplace, perfect to host a large gathering. Only about one and half spots for parking but tons of street parking. LOVELY neighbors upstairs (2 separate apartments). Quiet neighborhood, takes about 3 mins to get to school or hospital. If you have a dog, about 5 min walk to amazing dog park and field.
