Cute Renovated Garden Unit in Ukrainian Village
I love this apartment! My roommate and I moved into this freshly renovated garden apartment in 2022. The building has three units and a gated front yard. I have an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, central heating/cooling, two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms is very small and could be used as an office space. For being a garden unit, there's a decent amount of light especially in the main bedroom. Our landlords are a fantastic couple who have put a lot of care into the property! There's also free street parking.

Garden Apartment in Ukrainian Village
My apartment is comfortable, close to campus, and in a great neighborhood. I take the 49 bus and blue line to campus and it's about 30-40 min, but driving it's only 10 min. I'm close to Wicker Park, Division St, and Chicago Ave. My landlords are super friendly and respond to requests immediately. The rent is great-- my room is pretty small but the apartment doesn't feel cramped. It was fully renovated in 2022 and we have all new appliances. I highly recommend looking around Ukrainian Village/Wicker Park/Bucktown for some great housing options (and deals).
