Platform
Nice spot. Slightly cheaper than foggy bottom, old town is nice. Awesome bike commute for me on Mt. Vernon trail, but that wouldn’t be for everyone.

Great Apartment, Terrible Management
For the price, the apartment is very modern and spacious with great layout options. My main issue is with the management and leasing office. They kept dropping the ball on my application and I had to pester them to send me the correct forms and for updates. It took me a month from application submission to approval despite occupancy rate was only around 60% at the time. They also let cleaning crew and unrequested maintenance crews in to my apartment without my consent as well as giving me a parking spot that was already reserved by another resident. As long as I don't have to deal with the management staff, Platform is quite wonderful to live in.
