Good not great
The apartment is beautiful but the building is poorly maintained ex-mold, old and Broken appliances old pipes requiring shutting off the water to fix something often and the management company is not very nice. The street is also wildly busy. all that being said I have lived here for 2.5 years and have made the most out of it because it is the most affordable one bedroom a could find and i will miss it when I move out.

Corbett House
It is close to campus and the only affordable one bedroom I could find in Portland. I like the apartment but the management company is a little hard to deal with and the street is super busy because it is right off the I-5 Corbett exit.
