I don't understand what this is asking
Tremendous. My landlord is awesome and all my neighbors are great people. However, this neighborhood is one giant nuisance (I literally share an alleyway with the Packing House), so I don't think the average Chapman student would be OK with it. I personally have always lived in houses like this so I'm right at home, but of everyone I've met at Chapman I think one or two could handle it. E.g., the Disneyland fireworks go off every night, there's a train that comes by about 100 yards away and the conductor is trigger happy with the horn, there's a symphony of blowers and mowers every other day (sometimes starting at 7:00am), my landlord has construction running (temporary), there's a lumber mill that emits this constant whining noise, there's a firehouse nearby so the sirens go off from time to time, there are often drunk people shouting in the alleyway and blasting music, and the live music from the bars and trivia nights can be heard clear as day from inside my apartment. Again, I'm in heaven, but I don't think most would be.
