What You Would Expect in the Undergrad Area
Apartment is well priced, but small and pretty beat up. The unit has some issues (ex. hot water will cut out if more than two people in the building are showering at once). That said, it's pretty on par with other properties on the street.

Good at a Price Point of $950, Otherwise Avoid
The house as a whole and my individual unit are both kind of beat up/run-down. Not much worse than your average apartment in the area, but still not great. The bigger problem is that the water pressure is extremely prone to fluctuations in use from other units. If someone else is taking a shower, expect to have little to no hot water. If the washer is running, expect little water pressure in general. Not ideal when you are trying to grab a shower and run out the door.
