Good One Bedroom
Landlord is very friendly and approachable. Application process was simple and not overly invasive like the large property management companies in Ann Arbor. Other residents are mostly law or business students so everyone seems to be on the same schedule. Apartment has a modern look and large windows that let plenty of light in. Not too big, but also not too small. Each unit gets one parking space in a private lot. The walls have seemed to block out conversations., but the ceilings are pretty thin/creaky. Ground floor residents can tell when their upstairs neighbor is walking around. Another downside is that there is no dishwasher and only a shared washer/dryer in the basement.

Great small building in awesome location

Great location for less $ than 618 or the Yard
Super satisfied with our place. Its perfect for what we need it for. It is small (550 sq ft) but honestly we don't mind. It is also located adjacent to the yard and 618 which are a lot more expensive (great for convenience to others, events & the bus, as well as a quick walk to downtown). So we were excited when we found it since it was a sweet deal. There is no dishwasher and laundry is shared in the basement, which were both adjustments for us, but they haven't been too bad. Its been a great spot and we will probably plan to stay for another year! There is a storage unit in the basement which is also a big plus for the random seasonal items.
