Good location, semi-responsive landlord
We like this location bc it is close to downtown and UM campus. The space is generally well kept, too. The main issue is that Cabrio can be unresponsive the first couple times you ask them to fix something, but they will fix things eventually. The laundry in the building is coin-based which is annoying (2.50 for wash/dry cycle). The parking lot floods when it rains, and the residents are responsible for taking the trash to the club and the landlord will pass on fines for trash.

Cabrio 442 3rd St. Review
The apartment is okay. The kitchen was remodeled so that's nice but other than that, the apartment is pretty old looking. They've had to replace our air conditioning unit and our showerhead while we've lived here. Cabrio is pretty responsive to maintenance requests, but they're also pretty aggressive if they think you've done something wrong. Someone backed their car into one on the apartment's wood posts, and they immediately blamed me because my car has an old rusty scratch on it. I had to argue with them so they wouldn't charge me. We also have to take out our garbage ourselves, which is totally fine, but Cabrio is always threatening our apartment complex with fines to get us to comply, which isn't the nicest way to communicate. We do have laundry machines but we have to pay with coins with is also annoying with a coin shortage happening in the country.
