450 S 5th Avenue Review
As my first time living in a larger town/city like Ann Arbor, I have really enjoyed living in Germantown neighborhood. I live very close to downtown and am only a one mile walk to the hospital/medical school.
The house is quite spacious, where each bedroom is 15'x15' with raised ceilings. One bedroom has their own bathroom while the two other bedrooms share a bathroom. Additionally, the house is heated well with gas central heating, rooms have many electrical outlets, and we have three private parking spots for each of our cars. In terms of negatives, the only one that I can think of is that there is no fiber optic wiring for internet in the house, and bedrooms do not have ethernet outlets. Additionally, we only have access to Comcast internet so it is not possible to shop around for internet.
We rent from a private family which has been great. They are very responsive and are quick to solve our issues.
