Solid student housing, but not much more than that

This is a well-maintained property very close to the law school. The landlord is by and large reasonable, and the apartment is quiet and well-kept. But rent is a little high for a one-bedroom in a small building with no extra amenities, and there are a few things that are frustrating: parking costs an extra $75 a month, there is no laundry in the building, the landlord controls the heat, and the internet can be spotty.
