Basic house at the edge of Kerrytown
Nothing very exciting, but has central heating/cooling, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and 4 parking spots. Nice location for nursing/med school and Kerrytown. Maintenance is very responsive and landlord has been accommodating. One bathroom needs to be redone, and the front of the house isn't very visually appealing.
