Too Expensive
My apartment is approx. 450 sq. ft., and if I were to renew my lease for next year, I would be paying over $1200. There is no dishwasher, the laundry is in the basement and only takes coins ($1.75 per machine), and the parking is above-ground and super crowded. There are no amenities, such as a gym, pool, common area, coffee, vending machines, etc. The management is very responsive, and the apartment building itself is clean and secure. However, the apartment units need updating if they are going to charge this much.

Okay Value
The property manager Karen is wonderful. The buildings themselves are clean and I’ve never even had to call maintenance. Parking is $100/month with not much room. Apartment itself is a decent size but low ceilings make it feel smaller. Heat, internet, and water are included which is nice, but you have to pay electricity. There are no amenities, such as gym, pool, or even common areas. Laundry is expensive (minimum $1.75 per machine) and only takes quarters. Walking distance to campus which is nice.
