Decent living with affordable rent
I am a big fan of MPM for their rates. I’ve lived with them for all of law school in various locations just off campus, all in large houses where each floor is a different unit. The only downside is that maintenance can sometimes take a bit to remedy certain issues (though they’re quick on the important stuff like when our toilet was being weird). Also, management is sometimes very responsive and other times not. But overall, I think their prices make up for it when it comes to their units within large houses (their big apartment complexes are a different story in terms of pricing, but that’s also because you get more amenities).
