Barkey Houses are great Landlords
They are very responsive to tenant complaints; they maintain historic houses in a way that stays true to the history, but meets modern needs; they have a friendly staff that maintain the houses and keep in contact with the tenants; it is NOT a faceless property company which is refreshing in Austin.
