Modern apartment building with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, Wifi included, walking distance to 99 ranch grocery store and local businesses. Maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. Mind your business and your neighbors will mind theirs too, its wonderful. Definitely worth the 15 minute driving commute to UT campus during peak hours. Right off guadalupe and North lamar which have reliable bus routes. A/C system is very reliable. High ceilings with modern recessed lighting and ceiling fans. Lots of kitchen cabinetry despite being a 1 bedroom small unit. Since the buildings are built like a compound its very hard to get cell phone signal but wifi calling is reliable. Pet area is small and lots of pets in the building. Parking garage that is safe with a working gate. Hard to get deliveries because the security doors are confusing. Theres a package room where you can get deliveries but people have reported theft so I just order things to an amazon locker/offsite. As a single woman living alone, i recommend!

Location is pretty close to several restaurants on Airport. Only 10-20 minute drive to the law school. Bus stops are pretty close, but some are a bit of a walk. The rent is pretty good value but note there are a lot of fees that add up. Some recurring maintenance issues with elevator and parking garage. Apartment itself is nice and open with newer appliances.

This property just opened, so it is very clean and modern. Cleaning crews come through everyday, the front office is very responsive, and maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly. It is also extremely dog friendly with two dog parks. Parking is super convenient as well. It is a bit of a drive from the law school, but not unreasonable. The neighborhood surrounding the apartment complex is not particularly great, but I have never felt unsafe.
