Do not recommend

I would not recommend living at this building. The landlord was dishonest about a young child living in the unit above us and the noise was unbearable. The landlord did eventually resolve the issue but she was rude to us on several occasions. When we moved in, only the kitchen appliances had been cleaned. The bedroom carpets, cabinets, and bathroom were filthy. Landlord refused to come out and clean. The landlord also rarely comes out to the property, her husband is the one who always helps with maintenance issues. Also note that the landlord will bill back $95/ month for water and gas so the rent is actually $1345. I enjoy living in Longmont since it is much more affordable than Boulder but I would recommend not renting from this management company. I will say the positives of living here are the price and having a washer/dryer.
