Dakin Court

Normally fine, but we have had a maintenance issue that has been going on for a month and a half and management has ignored our phone calls and has not listened to us about the issue. The laundry room is dirty. The "gym" has old equipment. Only two treadmills work. Positives are the walls are pretty thick, cannot hear our neighbors. We have a nice outdoor space. Two closets. On a quiet street. Close to the red line and buses.
