Great house and good management company
The house is amazing! Very affordable. Has a full garage and a large, fenced in backyard. The quality of the house is nice and is somewhat modern. The kitchen is huge. The maintenance is great and always comes the next day. We have generally had a good experience with the management, other than some issues in the renewal process.

Great house and great management company
I love my rental house. There is plenty of storage space with two hall closets and a garage. The bedrooms are plenty big. The kitchen is spacious and practical with a large island and a wine rack. The best part about the house itself is the decently-sized, fenced-in backyard with a sizeable deck.
The house is right by a bus stop for the 7, which goes directly to the law school and comes every 15-20 minutes. It is also within walking distance to Bryan Park and just a two-minute walk from Soma and Feta Kitchen & Cafe. The neighborhood is quiet, so I have no problems studying and sleeping.
The management has been great overall. Maintenance requests are always completed within 1-2 days.
The only downside to the house are that the living room is a bit on the small side.
