Riverfront Lofts

The apartment complex has a nice location, and the individual apartments are a great value. Maintenance is responsive to requests and helpful. I think the hallways and the communal areas could be a little cleaner and the office staff isn’t always super kind/helpful. They do offer good deals for signing leases, so you can get $100 off per month if you sign up during one of these deals. Their website shows really nice and realistic virtual tours of the apartments which was very helpful in the era of COVID. They also have three tiers of apartments with the price difference based on size and balcony view which is nice for cost-conscious folks. There’s a lot of young professionals and grad students in the building, so it doesn’t get as rowdy as some of the other apartment complexes, but it still can be a little loud at times. As someone who likes my own space but enjoys the company of a roommate, this apartment has been perfect for me. It’s comfortable and spacious but not too expensive. Heat can get expensive in the winter because the building use to be an old factory, so there are some concrete walls and large windows which aren’t great for insulation. However, I would say this apartment is a solid 7 or 8 out of 10, one of the best apartment buildings in TH! I am living here again next year.

I just started my first year in graduate school and shopped around for awhile for a good apartment to live in knowing I would be on my own. I knew RiverFront was the right fit for me because of the convenient location that is walking distance from ISU's campus, secure facility and parking lot, and friendly management that I met there. Maintenance is very prompt and responsive for the few repairs that I've needed. I live on a floor with courteous neighbors so I can hear them through thin walls, but everyone is very courteous and receptive if things get too loud and a courtesy officer can be contacted for any noise complaints as well. The patio with a grill and fire pit is a phenomenal place to hang out with friends and have a great meal, and the view of the Wabash River and breeze that comes off of it is amazing! Unfortunately, there is no recycling with this facility, but there are a lot of fun contests to participate in and rent is easy to pay every month with an online portal

Riverfront is a great place to live. It is fairly quiet, which is important for those that prefer to study at home. There are also study rooms available. The gym is adequate for a quick workout. All of the units are very nice and spacious. The outside patio is nice in the summer and the community grills are nice as well. The location is ideal in that it is close to ISU campus and Union Hospital. I've lived in two previous apts in terre haute and this complex exceeds those by far.

Living at Riverfront lofts has been great. Up to date appliances, secure apartment, close to downtown and classes. Very helpful office management, great exercise center, study rooms and lounges, fast, friendly, and efficient maintenance. Overall well worth it and a great apartment complex.
