Good for GML Students

This is a convenient place to live for those who spend time at Grice. It is conveniently located close to main roads to get around James Island and Charleston. There are occasional light pest problems but that is common in SC.

Convenient Location + Yard

Convenient location on Fort Johnson Road, though it can be difficult to pull out of the driveway at rush hour. Fenced yard is good for a dog, but only one pet allowed on the lease. Five minute walk to a stop on the 31 bus line. Had a roach problem when we moved in, but has been exterminated.
