Excellent living space for grad students

Can't beat the location, quiet community - mostly middle-aged to older couples, nice gym on-site, excellent facilities and management that is attentive to needs, overnight security

Excellent living space for grad students

1-Love the location. Right on Franklin St, quick access to many restaurants/bars/campus events
2-Very quiet building, mostly older people, some undergrads. Sometimes the older residents complain about students being too loud, but I haven't had an issue.
3-Solid gym in the building. Has some cardio machines, some weights, and a yoga studio.
4-Club room available for general use. My only issue here is that renters aren't allowed to reserve the clubroom (they could still use it for daily use as long as it's not reserved by an owner)
5-Great management. Very responsive concierge. 24/7 security
