Great place for the short term!

The apartment is nice and clean. There's a variety of different people who live there, from families to students to young individuals. It's super dog friendly and there is a dog park in the complex itself. The rental office is probably the worst thing about the apartment--they don't answer very quickly and they're hard to reach. Signal is also bad.

10min from any grocery store you prefer, almost every fast food restaurant, a lot of decent sit-down food, and pretty close to the 101 to get into the city if desired. Shoutout Michael’s Pizza, best in the greater Malibu/Calabasas area.
Ver peaceful neiborhood lots place to walk dogs if you have one. Also there are hiking trails behind the community very easy to get to.
It's pretty and nice! Haven't really explored.
Nice place to live, but living costs are pretty high. Lots of restaurants but caters toward an older crowd.
Quiet and safe

Neighborhood is good, typical high income suburban area.
Not the most walkable. Far from entertainment, dining, shopping. Quiet and upscale.
