It's right on Santa Monica Blvd so there are a lot of businesses and restaurants in the area. The only thing is there is a small homeless encampment next door unfortunately, but overall it's still a nice area to walk around and I see people biking sometimes. Ralphs and Trader Joe's are right down the street, 4 minute drive. Sawtelle Japantown is really closeby too.
Neighborhood is safe. Ventura Blvd. gets pretty loud at night
Deceptively boring, but safe, area, there is plenty around but not that much is exiting.
