Absolutely Phenomenal Apartment
The staff is fantastic to work with. The location is close to campus. The area is pretty quite for city living. The place I am in is 760 sqft for $650 a month, which is a fantastic deal. I do wish I had a little more storage space, but for the price and location, I can't complain.

Decent for the rent
The building is on Carnegie avenue, which is a busy street during rush hour. Therefore, it could be noisy. The location is not too bad considering it is a 15 minute walk to HEC or a 5 minute walk to Veale, which allows me to access HEC shuttles when I need to. The apartment is decent for its rent. The management and maintenance is very responsive. Free parking behind the building and coin operated washer and dryer in the basement. However, it could be difficult for students with no cars since there is no restaurants/ grocery stores nearby.

Liberty Fairchild
The Liberty Fairchild apartment is within walking distance of the Cleveland Clinic, Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals and if you don't mind a longer walk, the Veterans' Affairs Medical Center. It is very near to University Circle. There is free parking in the back contingent upon availability. Management was responsive for the first few years I lived here, but has been less reliable in the last 1-2 years. I went 6 months without a working furnace last year, mostly during the summer, but also through one snow. It took countless phone calls to get them to do anything about it. It is not in a residential neighborhood, with few other apartments nearby. The tenants are generally quiet, with the occasional party. Being between 2 hospitals, there is a lot of emergency siren and helicopter noise. The building is old, but the apartments are reasonably big for the rent, which is below average around here.
