Vista Del Lago

This is the perfect apartment for pet owners seeking a quiet study spot. Mission Viejo is very safe, beautiful, and the neighbors are friendly. The management company is decent, all repairs are fixed very quickly. I have lived here for 1.5 years and have had very few issues.

It takes about 35 minutes to commute but the drive through the canyon is beautiful.

Living somewhere pet friendly, safe, and within my budget were my priorities in selecting an apartment and I have been happy on all counts.

Irvine is one of the best places to live in the States. Very well planned city. Most importantly, it feels safe here. When it comes to travel, public transport could be a bit of a hassle. But you can travel by OC bus or Anteater express. If you live on campus, you don't need to worry about travel as most schools are nearby.

Neighborhood is awesome, have a golf course nearby. a really great trail nearby for walking, running.
Grocery store like Ralphs is nearby. also few bars and restaurants are nearby on a 20 minutes walk distance.

It's great to live at UTC as a student, there's always a lot of people studying and many food shops in the shopping center to study at.

It is near to a lot of plazas and other residences. People walk their dogs around the neighborhood so it is very safe.

(just a lot of undergrads in the area, as long as you're okay with that)

it's close to UTC and to a lot of Asian food and groceries though, so that's been really great

You are very close to everything, There is the UCI shuttle you can take and you will have access to Albertsons across Campus Plaza. It is very accessible to the nearby locations.
