Great apartment!
This apartment is great, and the landlord is a good guy who won't bother you or make weird demands. Having a dishwasher and two bathrooms is terrible because now I can never go back to living with lower standards. I'm spoiled.
My only complaint is that the heater isn't very good at its job and the windows and doors are very drafty in winter. Yes, you will be a little cold sometimes. No, it's not something that blankets and socks can't fix.
