expensive but good if you are ok with noise
I lived here for two years during graduate school. The first 1.5 years were pretty good -- it was more pricey than other apartments in the area but there are a lot of amenities. The office staff was good and maintenance was relatively quick. I did not use the gated parking garage because I thought the mechanical gate was too slow for my patience. The only negatives were a lot of plumbing problems caused by shared drains and loud neighbors due to the way the hallway is constructed (long, carries sound). The last 0.5 years were not great because of the pandemic shutdowns. At that point it was just an overpriced apartment with loud neighbors. Once things have gone back to normal it will probably be worth it again. Just watch out for who you live next to. By the way, I guess the outside noise could be annoying at night if you are on a lower floor but I got used to it pretty quickly by moving my bed into a closet. Overall, I would live there again as long as I found good people to live next to.
