Magnolia at bishop —great apartment, neighborhood not for everyone

Apartment is very nice and new, management company is responsive, maintenance is very good, Bishop Arts neighborhood has significant drawbacks in terms of distance from SMU, safety, and essential amenities such as grocery stores and doctors.
