Decent place near law school
I was matched with other grad students (non-law school) by the leasing agent at Modern Living Rentals. The pairing was good and we get along great. The rent is on the lower end of other apartments I was considering, and the management has been responsive to issues. The apartment was also renovated recently, which is nice.
However, the layout is not spacious and packages are often stolen. Additionally, it's on top of a bar, which can be noisy.
Ultimately--this would not be my first choice, but it's great if you're on a budget and want a short commute.
