Compared to other Westwood apartments, this will be on the slightly nicer and slightly pricier end. It is an easy walking distance to any point of the UCLA campus and Westwood Village areas. If you want privacy, this is a great place to live. The building is kept newer relative to most Westwood properties.

Biggest positives: cleanliness/refurbishment of apartment, privacy, lack of noise issues, location.

Some negatives: darkness of apartment, small kitchen, no in-unit washer/dryer.

Some notes to help, but are not ranked as positives or negatives:
- The only amenity is an Amazon locker for small packages. All other packages are left at your door. Laundry room with 3 washers, 3 dryers (no in unit laundry). Laundry requires payment via app. No pool, no gym, no courtyard, no rooftop, no grills. No valet trash, so you must be able to throw away and recycle by bringing items to the garage.
- This is a locked building with a gated, enclosed garage. Parking is assigned, a single spot is $150/mo, tandem spot is $100/mo each.
- Building is fully enclosed (no open air hallways), hallways lights are sometimes flickering or out and will take a while to be replaced. There is one elevator in the front of the building.
- No smart locks, resident portal for rent payments and maintenance requests.
- Will respond to maintenance requests within a day, but no maintenance person on-site. Property manager runs multiple properties and will not always be on-site either.
- Only external utility you need to set up is electricity via LADWP. Get this established before moving in, as it will take 24-48 hours for the city technicians to supply power to your unit.
- Vinyl floors, pure white walls and white ceramic countertops. These are re-done between resident stays, so these should be newly installed and painted when you arrive. Other appliances are standard, not new, but functional.
- Alley kitchen, tiny bathroom and small toilet
- Wall-length closet with 3 fully mirrored doors. Very shallow. Not too much other storage space.
- Not much noise. Most noise will occur at 9pm on Thursdays/Fridays from other buildings nearby but will end before 10:30/11pm
- 1 bedroom rooms have two options: have a shared interior section where balconies look directly out to other residents, or have a private balcony in the rear of the building that faces the rear of the neighboring building. The latter apartments only have indirect sunlight due to the height of this neighboring building.
- Overhead lighting in the kitchen, dining space, bathroom, and sink areas. Will need to purchase your own lamps for the bedroom and living room.
- Design of apartment may make it tricky to install wifi, so be sure to check the apartment space and know how to work around this. If unsure, just ask your provider for a professional to install.
- Verizon customers: you do not get good/consistent service in a 1-2 block radius around this property. Phone calls are mostly fine, but cellular data will often not work or be slow. This is most important when trying to pay for laundry via the app.
