Quiet apartment complex close to campus with nice and responsive management
I've lived here for all six years I've been in graduate school and it's overall been a good experience. I have not had my rent increased once when I've renewed (though it does appear that they've raised rates for new tenants). Management has always been responsive with fixing the rare issue that has arisen and are good at maintaining the property and updating units. The complex is fairly quiet with a mixture of students and non-students. There aren't any special safety features, but I've never felt unsafe while living here nor have had any issues with break ins to either my apartment or my car. The location is good for students, as it is close to a bus stop, and even close enough that you can walk or bike to campus. Furthermore, you can walk to Dillons or Checkers for groceries. The storage space in the apartment is adequate for the size. A few negatives for me are the lack of amenities, the lack of in unit laundry (the property has shared laundry rooms) and that my second floor unit can get hot in the warmer months requiring the AC to be run a lot.
