Decent place to live

Overall my experience at The Quinn has been good. Downsides are the office was hard to reach when I was signing my lease and they pulled my lease on a cheaper unit putting me in a more expensive one. The management team is very nice when you can reach them. The price is comparable or lower than similar apartments in the same area. It is close to Henderson and not to far from campus. The gym is nice but small and the pool looks nice but I have not used it or seen other people using it. There are also dog parks on property. The property is relatively small and has a lot of families and older adults, but not many college age/young adults. Some of the people seem a bit sketchy, but I have felt safe. The property is gated and the gate has been functioning properly since I have been there. You can tell some of the units are not well kept from the look of the windows as you drive around the property, but my unit was in good condition at move in.
