Pretty good except the kitchen
The apartment overall is well kept. The only issue is that smoke alarm is sensitive so it goes off all the time when cooking which is inconvenient if you like to cook. Other than that it is a safe place, parking is in the garage and is gated and has a nice gym space.

Best Value Option
Broadway Chapter is a great place to live for someone who wants to be less than five minutes from school and live in a safe building.
Pros:
Safety—Parking has always felt safe and I have never had a problem with non-residents trying to get into the building
Natural light—Most apartments have lots of windows
Gym—Among apartment gyms in the area, ours is the best
Events—The leasing company hosts two or three events each month, usually with free food and drinks
Sleeping in—From leaving my apartment to getting in my car to driving school to parking to physically sitting in class is about ten minutes total
Cons:
Deliveries—Because there are lots of locks on the building’s interior doors, having anything delivered to my door is a challenge. Sometimes meal delivery services will leave the packages outside of the entire building, and I don’t really trust the package room. So I keep a separate mailbox at UPS ($12 a month) and use it for everything.
Area—there’s a cute little restaurant scene a couple of blocks away, but I always drive there instead of walking because of the homeless population in between

Great value; would recommend!
The apartments are super nice, and the bedrooms are a better size and shape than other places in the area. The apartment is bright too because there are lots of windows and the walls are white. Guest parking is on the street because of how secure the building and garage are. It is a bit annoying having to walk up or down half a flight of stairs and through three doors to get from the parking garage into my apartment, but that’s just a result of the specific apartment I chose.
The gym and pool are great, although I rarely use them. Management also added a small store with food and essentials in the lobby that can come in handy when you don’t want to go to the store.
The neighborhood is not a place I would want to walk alone at night because there are some homeless people nearby who strike me as mentally ill. But the building security makes me feel safe, and I have not seen or heard of any problems. Also it’s a two minute Uber to some fun bars and restaurants, so there’s no need to walk anyway.
