Decent space and friendly people
Lots of friendly residents, lots of pets in the apartment, close to bars and restaurants and freeway onramps. Easy to navigate but management is a bit slow in responding. Maintenance is only run by one guy so it is difficult to get a fast response or quick fix, but super friendly.
