Amenities and safety
Great apartment complex with easygoing property manager that is diligent to issues within the apartment. Each unit comes equipped with a 65" TV. Security in parking lots is great as well, there is a hired patrolman for nights, and camera pointed towards the parking lots. However, prior to the implementation of the cameras and Security there were quite a few break-ins to vehicles.

LOVE this Apartment!
newer apartment with beautiful amenities -- about 10 minutes from Campus and has a Hyvee and Walmart very close by.
