Affordable

Apartment walls are thin, but community is very quite. Management is very responsive by phone and email. Maintenance responds to requests within two business days.

Apartment is a bit pricey for a non-renovated apartment, but you're paying for the conveneince of the location so it pays off. This place is more affordable than most places, for the location perks.
