New, great space, beautiful amenities.
I really like this apartment building! It has a dishwasher and washer/dryer in every unit and good space for the price. There is an optional, secure parking garage in the basement for $300/month that I pay for. There are beautiful lounges and a rooftop park. There is also a nighttime security guard. The windows are also well reinforced as little street noise is heard unless they are open.
There are a couple issues with their computer systems and for minor issues responses take a while- for ex: wifi access was very challenging, their ledger system is very confusing, they accidentally charged us a late fee and it took a while for it to be removed. However for major issues, our smoke detector randomly caught on fire, they respond immediately.
