Good management
I have had a good experience overall. Maintenance is very quick when needed. It is an older building so I have to deal with window AC units, which makes it louder due to some street noise. Basement shared laundry could be heavily improved, it's basically in a dungeon and I have paid less for much nicer, even new "luxury" units but the old town location is why, and worth it. It is a 1 minute walk to the brown line which is unbeatable.
