225 N Calvert St.

It's a pretty nice place to live, especially considering where in Baltimore it is and the distance to the school. It's about a 15-20min walk from the school and safe during the day. The management at the property is very accommodating, quick to respond, and very helpful.

As for the apartments, they're very comfortable and well insulated so your heating and cooling is effective and you won't be wasting money on heating and cooling. The water pressure is great. The maintenance staff are very kind and responsive, they're very diligent and have checked on me a few times to see if an issue they've had to handle has stayed fixed to my satisfaction. The rooftop terrace is great with gorgeous views, is open till midnight (though it should be open 24/7 IMO), and is very comfortable (it even has a little theater you can hang out in).

My gripes are mostly with layout. Some floorplans aren't very efficiently designed and the kitchen + closets doesn't have as much storage as I would like; the bathrooms have showers (I would prefer a tub since I like to soak). The elevators seem to be down a lot during the winter, but the management does let you know and get it fixed ASAP.

Great apartment

Great apartment complex, 15-20 minute walk from the law school, in downtown so the neighborhood is a little sketchy but that’s expected
