Decent for the price
The apartment is pretty large and decently priced for a 2/1.5. However, there is a pretty significant mouse issue that is unavoidable and has come and gone for and the maintenance is not very responsive. Front office is not the most competent, it took months for a simple lease change when my first roommate moved out and my new roommate moved in.
