Good complex, Awful Management, and Maintenance.
The metropolitan have a big campus when you tour. But as soon as you start living there you realize that the main problem is management. The management of the building is terrible and the manager of the building do not help you with billing and apartment issues that are their fault. One time they forgot to re-activate the keys for the building and a lot of residents no were left hours without option to enter hour room 10pm. Also the water filters are always on red and never changed and the hot tub spends months close because of maintenance.

I like it!
I really like living here. It is more expensive than some places in Gainesville but worth it. You don't have to worry about safety, it is brand new and very nice, it has great amenities and is all students. You have to pay for parking which is $100 a month so that is annoying.

It's okay
For the price, I feel like I am getting a good deal. It is mostly undergraduates who live here so it can be really noisy. Cleanliness of the common spaces and hallways could be better. Not a great place if you have a dog you need to take outside. Not very many areas to have them go out. Safety has been an issue.
