They raised my rent by 70%
I've liked living here and was looking forward to resigning, but they decided to raise my rent from $1000 (utilities included) to $1600 + utilities for next year. The unit is not worth this cost. It has no AC and no dishwasher. It's not that big of a unit and it's in an old house, which comes with its quirks. They have also not been super responsive with maintenance requests. They are only helpful about half of the time. I found new housing for next year.
