Issues come with the territory

Cardinal Apartments is a great basic apartment for a decent price in downtown Madison. It is under 2000 dollars a month for a two bedroom and is cat friendly. Downside is that the building is very old, so some of the appliances are a little outdated, the windows are sometimes a bit drafty, and it's above a fairly loud bar. There's a bus stop half a block away from the building that takes you straight down University Ave.
