Overall great experience

These apartments are brand new and really clean and nice. The property manager is on premises and great about answering questions. Move in process was easy and fast. However, it is one of the less expensive new apartment complexes in the city, and you get what you pay for to an extent. I'm very happy with the place for what I pay, but there are very few amenities, the parking isn't great, and the bike racks on the wall in the bike storage have come off the wall. Other than that, the place really is great. One more negative thing - people don't clean up their dog poop on the small lawn area outside.
