Affordable rural living

Love it here, I live in a single wide trailer. Mark is an amazing landlord. He is very attentive and super helpful. He doesn’t make us do anything on our own for maintenance. He owns the 3 surrounding houses and they’re all nice quite people. My front yard is a horse pasture with 3 horses. It’s a beautiful view. Only complaint is that someone has smoked in the closet/bathroom so there is a slight smoke smell that lingers on clothes. It’s only noticeable if you have a sensitive nose.
