Close to Campus but lacks amenities

I have lived at Crosswood for two years and will stay here while I am in law school. The best thing about the apartment is that it is close to the university--it is about a 10-12 minute walk to the law school. It is also very close to Autzen stadium. There are limited garage parking spots and more surface parking spaces. The apartment doesn't have a gym, pool, or hot tub. Also, the apartments have very little storage, but you can rent out of unit storage. Additionally, the units are not very soundproof. I hear people in the hallway and my neighbors in their apartments. The apartment's location near the law school is the only reason I stay here; it is expensive, considering the lack of amenities and cheap construction.

Great area, no amenities, price is eh

I chose to be somewhere close to the school so that i have the ability to walk and avoid the parking issue on campus. There are moments where i do wish i was somewhere cheaper but the financial aid office does provide more with an aid adjustment form. This complex does not have a gym or any other amenities which is a con, especially for the price. I had never lived in my own before, so i didn’t make the best or smartest choice when i first moved here. Not a horrible place, the price is just insane after realizing.

Nice and close to campus

The apartment has a lot of great things to offer. The biggest perk is that it is a 10-minute walk to the law school. The office staff are wonderful. I have had some maintenance issues that have been quickly taken care of. Like submitted a maintenance request and had someone at in my apartment in 30 minutes to check out the problem quick. I love that I can have my pets with me here. I think my only issue is that for the amount that rent is, there are missing amenities (no pool or gym). I have lived in similar-sized apartments and paid about the same in rent, but they had a pool and gym. There are also some issues with sound/thin walls, nothing too bad though.

Great Location but Very Expensive

There are not many amenities for the price. The location is great though and about a 10 minute walk from the law school.
