Crosby Hill

Crosby is a great modern luxury apartment complex, built in 2022. It's pricey, but the appliances and floor plans are great. They offer underground parking for about $150/month. The location is in downtown Wilmington, which has some safety concerns. There have been some car break-ins for people who park on the street, and walking alone at night is not recommended. However, Market Street is one block away and has really great restaurants/things to do.
