Oxbow49

It’s a great apartment for a student. Large range of individuals, students to retired residents. Weird road layout so it’s difficult to get in and out of the neighborhood without driving. This makes the area feel safer since there isn’t outside traffic and there is walkways on the river if you want to stretch your legs.
