Good for the price

Small apartment in an old building with some recent cosmetic upgrades (LVT flooring throughout, updated kitchen appliances). Very narrow bathroom, sloped floors, only two small windows at each end of the apartment, extremely limited parking, and a very old through-wall AC unit. Good for the price and proximity to the school (4 minute drive to the law building, 20 min walk). Management company seems to be responsive to maintenance requests.
