not fancy, but comfortable

Some old building kind of problems (needing new roof, pipes, etc) but mostly a nice place to live. Not a cool neighborhood but close to good restaurants and very convenient for transit to the office. Mortgage is very affordable. Neighbors are friendly. Never had any problems with package theft, etc in building. Common spaces are clean.

Great value building

Condo building with relatively affordable units for the proximity to downtown DC.
